Health and safety at work has become a priority for ADELCA. The primary objective is the prevention of occupational risks by implementing policies and procedures that prioritize the protection of the integrity of the people, the environment and facilities, giving rise to the involvement of technical, administrative and human talent.
Our system was born in the directives and guidelines of the organization that is based on the categories associated with the security people, quality, responsiveness and cost. At the begging at planning strengths, improvement opportunities, weaknesses and threats that are associated with the outcome of indicators, indices of frequency, severity and risk cup.
The person has to be trained about risks in a manufacturing operation and know how to deal with a possible emergency.
The perform well able to identify, assess and control these factors, make it possible to work on prevention actions. At first starts with a qualitative identification or estimate that is based on the three criteria (probability of occurrence, severity of damage to irrigation management) and later corroborated by specific identification (equipment and methods).
It means apply a standard of conditions (based on standards, best practices and common sense) for the observations, the application becomes a frequent inspection and will show the prevention tools based on feedback and identifying substandard acts and conditions. The tool searches for the interaction of the involved areas to solve problems whose primary objective is the liberation of obstacles through a staggering alarm.

In accordance with Health and Safety Regulation ADELCA have a Department of Safety and Health at Work, composed by worker and employer representatives.
This department was formed to discuss theme about the industrial safety of facilities and make recommendations for improvement.
